SUMMARY:The Two Tracks
DESCRIPTION:Wyoming Americana band The Two Tracks brings its harmony-driven sound to the Matthews Opera House on Thursday, April 3. Led by songwriters Julie and Dave Huebner, the group blends roots storytelling with rich vocal harmonies and a sound shaped by the landscapes of the American West.\nThe band’s lineup includes Taylor Phillips on bass and Fernando Serna on drums, with Dave Huebner’s cello adding a distinctive texture rarely heard in Americana. Their music draws inspiration from classic ’70s roots traditions while remaining firmly grounded in the modern Americana scene.\nThe Two Tracks have toured widely across the United States and internationally, performing at festivals such as Americanafest in Nashville, Red Ants Pants in Montana, and NewWestFest in Colorado. Their most recent album, It’s a Complicated Life, produced by Will Kimbrough and engineered by Grammy winner Sean Sullivan, continues the band’s mix of reflective songwriting and energetic roots music.\nDoors open at 6 PM, and the show begins at 7 PM at the Matthews Opera House in Spearfish. Tickets are $25 plus fees.
