About
The artist behind OuterGrape Productions Chelsea Elmer. She has lived in the Black Hills for close to 20 years. Before that she was studying Fine Art in Minneapolis, MN and Bismarck, ND. Her artwork has been displayed in gallery and outdoor festival settings.
For the last year Chelsea has been focused on collage and jewelry making. Chelsea is also a skilled illustrator and cartoonist.
When she’s not creating she is taking care of her 2 children and dog, Ringo. She also enjoys bubble baths and long walks on the beach.
