Tailings Opening Reception

The Land Report Collective is a group of 7 artists who deal with landscape in fundamental ways and as a foundational reference point. The artwork will focus on the impact of human development and agricultural production on natural landscapes, environmental issues related to the extraction of natural resources, and industrial manipulation of wild places, particularly relating to the landscape in and around the Rapid City and Black Hills area. The title of the exhibition is the geographical coordinates for Rapid City. This exhibition will be guest curated by Marty Two Bulls, Jr.
