The Sawdust Angels
The Sawdust Angels are a Deadwood-area band built around a mix of country, blues, rock, and alternative, playing late-night sets across the Black Hills live music circuit. Their shows lean into a barroom format—long sets, familiar songs, and a style designed for crowds moving in and out rather than a fixed stage audience.
With a sound that pulls from multiple corners of American roots music, they shift easily between country standards, blues-driven grooves, and rock covers, keeping the set flexible depending on the room. Like many regional acts, their presence is mostly local and live-focused, showing up on venue calendars and festival lineups more than streaming platforms.
The Sawdust Angels are best experienced in person—built for nights that run a little late, with a setlist that keeps people around.
