The Little Sisters of Hoboken are ready to make your holiday season merry and bright! Nuncrackers: The Nunsense Christmas Musical brings the beloved nuns, Father Virgil, and four Mount St. Helens students to The Matthews for a joyful holiday comedy.

The sisters’ first TV special is being taped—on the story’s convent-basement Cable Access Studio set, of course!—and the result is a delightfully unpredictable celebration filled with favorite carols, new comic songs, and a special moment that invites the audience into the fun. From “Twelve Days Prior to Christmas” to “We Three Kings of Orient Are Us,” Nuncrackers pairs irreverent Nunsense humor with a warm holiday spirit.

Nuncrackers plays Dec. 4–6 and Dec. 11–13, 2026, at The Matthews Opera House & Arts Center.
