HTR Black Hills Campground

HTR Black Hills sits just outside Rapid City, tucked into the pines along Highway 16 with easy access to Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, Wind Cave, Jewel Cave, and the Badlands. The campground serves as both a basecamp for exploring the Hills and a place to slow down at the end of the day. Through the summer, the property becomes a weekly gathering spot for the Mystery Mountain Friday Night Music Series, where live music runs from 6 to 8 PM on an outdoor stage surrounded by trees. Campers and locals pull up chairs, settle in, and let the evening build around the stage before heading back to their sites or into town.
