Flannel at Summer Nights

Flannel takes the Summer Nights stage with a set leaning hard into ’90s rock and grunge, drawing from the heavier alt-rock side of the era with the kind of high-energy sound that fits an outdoor summer crowd.

Summer Nights runs Thursday evenings through the summer in downtown Rapid City, centered at 6th & Kansas City St, where the street fills in around a free outdoor stage. Each week brings a different band, with a mix of local staples, regional acts, and touring musicians rotating through. People show up early with lawn chairs, drift in from nearby restaurants and bars, and stay as long as they want, whether that’s a full set or just a few songs on their way through downtown.
