Rapid City filmmakers Marc and Michael Linn bring their feature-length Star Wars fan film to the Elks Theatre for its world premiere on May the Fourth, Star Wars Day. Twenty-three years in the making and filmed entirely in the Black Hills, Heart of the Rebellion follows a force-sensitive young man with darkness in his blood, raised by good people, hunted by an Empire that wants him dead. It screens as a complete film exactly once before releasing episodically on YouTube. Free admission.
