Picture Our Past

The Rapid City Historic Preservation Commission and The Journey Museum invite residents to share historic photographs of Rapid City’s homes, buildings, signs and streetscapes. Participants can bring up to three photographs at least 50 years old, share their stories and have the images scanned and returned on site. The photographs will contribute to a public interactive Story Map and The Journey Museum’s digital collections.
